On top of that, she needed a polished digital presence with an online store that could handle timed sales events, pre-orders, and the final launch without technical hiccups. The biggest challenge was time and bandwidth with so many moving parts, manually managing Shopify campaigns, and storefront visuals would have been overwhelming and prone to errors.
